CBP 2024: Let Them Eat Cake!








It's another Caking Day Eve, which means it's time for the release of the annual Cake Batter Playlist, which is comprised of some of last year's best romantic selections.  This year's playlist is 1 hour, 5 minutes long.  It includes familiar voices and genres, as well as some newer voices and infrequently used genres.  You may not more guitar-based selections, this year, too.  Get your Cake on!

CBP 2020 (Finalized)

Finalized 2020 Cake Batter Playlist (Photo Credit: https://i.pinimg.com/736x/53/e5/82/53e5821c9647580dc25913117da7b5b5.jpg)      It's that time of year, again.  You've ordered flowers and candy, bought outfits, made reservations, manscaped and gotten Brazilians, and booked rooms.  It's Valentine's Day,  a holiday which many of the recognizers are rarely aware of its origins or purpose.  That doesn't matter, though.  For many of us, this is the opportunity to trick off and cake on a whole 'nother level.  I've even gotten into the spirit, this year.  Don't do it dry, though.  Set the mood with the finalized 2020 Cake Batter Playlist. Lonr (ft H.E.R.) - "Make the Most"

This is a dope record from Lonr.   I appreciate the desire and promises in the lyrics.  Even more than that, I appreciate the delivery.  The music is simple enough and leaves enough room for you to be able to appreciate these sultry voices.  This could've easily been a Sade record.I may be biased because I just love H.E.R. and anything that she's featured on but this should definitely be considered for your playlist.
